Before joining their team as a consultant, he worked with the founders of CLG as a client for over 10 years while in his role as the Head of the Chicago Office for Macquarie, Australia’s largest investment bank. Jim brings a blend of deep experience coaching alongside the practical experience of building and leading a high-performing team in the finance industry.
