For over 3 years Jim was a consultant with the Conscious Leadership Group (“CLG”), a firm that has pioneered work in conscious leadership.  Prior to joining their team as a consultant, he worked with the founders of CLG as a client for over 10 years while in his role as the Head of the Chicago Office for Macquarie, Australia’s largest investment bank.
